Shobar Dhaka serves as a citizen engagement management platform that facilitates access to services provided by the Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) for its residents. The application, available for iOS devices, aims to streamline the process for citizens to communicate and report various local issues.

With this app, users can efficiently submit concerns related to road conditions, mosquito control, street lighting, waste management, waterlogging, public sanitation, drainage issues, and illegal construction directly to the appropriate DNCC officials, employees, and councilors.

 <li>Information regarding ward councilors and department heads within the DNCC.</li>
 <li>Maps and addresses of DNCC offices.</li>
 <li>Emergency information, including essential DNCC forms.</li>
 <li>An "Ajker Dhaka" feature that provides updates on ongoing exhibitions, training sessions, and various social events in Dhaka.</li>
